The process of the track link is as below

• Raw material
• Punching
• Heat treatment
• Machining
• Drilling
• Assembly
• Painting
• Packing and loading

The primary challenge we faced was frequent factory shutdowns caused by the Coronavirus. As a result, delivery schedules had to be postponed. To address this, we proactively communicated with our clients, keeping them informed about the situation. Once production resumed, we arranged our workers to work moderate overtime to expedite the process and meet deadlines.

Additionally, we requested our clients to book shipments at least 15days in advance while we prepared everything on our end to streamline the process. These measures were implemented to ensure that cargo could be delivered to our clients as early as possible.

Another challenge we encountered was the time zone difference and language barriers. To address these issues, we adjusted to the customer’s schedule and made an effort to learn their language, ensuring smoother and more effective communication.

Results and Feedback:

• The shipment for this order was very smooth, and the customer was highly satisfied with the product quality and service.
• The customer has since placed multiple repeat orders, establishing a long-term partnership with us.
