Ola Parts shipped 1*40 HQ Crawler Excavator Buckets to our European Customer
Ola Parts recently completed a project of Crawler Excavator Buckets to our European Customer, delivering 20pcs buckets in a 40HQ container. These buckets, with capacities ranging from 0.27m³ to 2.48m³ and suitable for 8T to 48T excavators, were designed to meet both standard working conditions and rock chisel applications.

Customer Requirements and Our Solution
The client provided detailed specifications and requested our recommendations. Based on our expertise, we suggested using general-purpose buckets for capacities below 1T and customized designs for capacities above 1T, depending on the working conditions. After careful consideration, the client accepted our suggestions.
During the process, we faced a challenge when some dimensions provided by the client deviated from our standard designs. To address this, we created new technical drawings based on their specifications, which were shared with the client for review and approval. Once finalized, production began seamlessly.
Production Process
Our production process involved the following steps:

- Measurement: Tools were used to ensure every piece met the required specifications.
- Welding: Components were welded with care to guarantee durability.

For the rock chisel buckets, we enhanced durability by welding casting chocolate parts to the back of the buckets, making them strong enough for heavy-duty applications.
