• We Tracked the lot number and inquired our customer from European and Australian for the same batch.Their feedback is good.
• We finally confirmed that the product size was not standard for this specific market, leading to the issue.

• For Unsold Products: Re-grind them to meet the required size.
• For Sold Products: Offer replacements or provide a refund to their customers.
• For the Future order :We suggest using the master pin ones with locks.

To share the loss:

• The total loss was $6000.
• Our company bore $3000 and agreed to refund this amount across three shipments in the future order.
